1. Products & Designs

All designs are original creations by AFTERDARK. Colours and print placement may vary slightly from product images due to screen settings, garment differences, and printing methods. Product availability is displayed on the website. Some items are held in stock, while others are made-to-order.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full. You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. AFTERDARK reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if a product is unavailable or cannot be produced.

 

3. Stock vs. Made-to-Order Items In-stock items

Shipped within the normal dispatch time-frames. Made-to-order items: Produced after your order is placed. Production times will vary and are noted on product pages. Orders containing both in-stock and made-to-order items may be shipped together once all items are ready, unless otherwise arranged.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or stock availability. AFTERDARK is not liable for courier delays once a parcel has been handed to the courier.

 

5. Returns & Exchanges In-stock and made-to-order items are treated differently.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on this site are the property of AFTERDARK and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

AFTERDARK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
