Return Policy
General Guidelines We aim to deliver high-quality products. If there’s a problem, here’s how returns work:
1. In-Stock Items
You may return or exchange in-stock items within 7 days of receiving them, provided the item is: Unworn, unused, and in original condition. Returned in original packaging with all tags attached. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the item has been inspected. Shipping costs for returns (except in cases of defects or errors on our side) are the customer’s responsibility.
2. Made-to-Order Items
Because made-to-order items are produced specifically for your request, we cannot accept returns for: Incorrect size chosen. Change of mind. Colour or print variation within reasonable production tolerance. Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. How to Request a Return
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing jj@afterdarkmerch.co.za with your order number, description of the issue, and photos. If approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
4. Refunds & Replacements
Once returned items are received and inspected, we will either: Replace the product, or Refund you via your original payment method (for eligible cases). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
